Information We Process

Information stored in your browser

• Display name, rooms created in this browser, and host owner tokens
• Session state for game resumption and host-selected original game resources

Information stored on service servers

• Room ID, type, visibility, status, created/active timestamps, password salt and hash
• Session ID, access token, resource metadata summary, and up to 20 game results per room
• Rounded coordinates (five decimal places) and cached place search results when location recommendation is used

Operational logs

Cloudflare Workers Logs samples approximately 10% of requests. This may include request URLs, request/response metadata, errors, and worker warnings.

Purposes of Processing

• Game room creation, connection, authorization, and real-time synchronization
• Delivering identical game state to participants and displaying results
• Recommending place names based on photo coordinates
• Diagnosing errors, ensuring service stability, and preventing abuse

We do not process information for user registration, behavioral profiling, or selling personal data.

Original Photos and Secret Game Resources

Uploaded original photos, location answers, secret digits, and prompt words are not permanently stored on the server—they are transferred directly between participant browsers via P2P connection.

Third-Party Services and International Processing

• Cloudflare — Website delivery, Worker execution, Durable Object storage, security, and operational logs. Processed across a global network.
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim — When location recommendation is selected in Photo Puzzle, rounded coordinates are sent to query place names.

If you prefer not to use location recommendations, you can type place names manually without coordinates.

Retention and Deletion

• Draft rooms: Automatically deleted 1 hour after creation
• Active public rooms: Transitioned to archived status 3 days after last activity
• Archived rooms: Automatically deleted 7 days after archiving
• Place search cache: Up to 7 days
• Daily room quota: Old counters deleted after the UTC calendar day passes
• Cloudflare Workers Logs: 3 days
• Browser storage: Retained until the user clears site data or uses the app's delete feature

User Choice and Deletion

• Hosts can delete their rooms from the server using the in-app 'Delete Room' feature.
• You can clear dp.still-coding.cc site data in your browser settings.
• You can type place names directly without using location-based recommendations.
• For other privacy inquiries, contact still.coding.cc@gmail.com. Only minimal information necessary to verify the issue (room ID, timestamp, error message) will be reviewed; sensitive verification documents such as ID copies or government numbers are never requested.

Advertising and Cookies

Currently, Google AdSense ad request code is not installed on this page. When advertising is introduced in the future, it will be placed only on informational pages such as public service introductions and game guides, and strictly excluded from room creation, photo upload, private rooms, waiting rooms, real-time gameplay, and result submission screens.

When ads are introduced, Google and ad technology vendors may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads and prevent invalid traffic. In applicable jurisdictions, a Google-certified Consent Management Platform will be applied, and this policy will be updated with Privacy & Ad Settings links.
