Nature of the Service

Direct Play is a web game service where users create rooms and invite others via link or QR code without installation or user registration. It is accessible to all ages, but is not designed exclusively or primarily for children.

User Responsibilities

• Do not impersonate others or use offensive display names.
• Do not upload photos or content that infringe on others' rights, privacy, or copyrights.
• Do not enter or upload personal or sensitive information in room names, display names, photos, location answers, or prompt words.
• Do not attempt service disruption, unauthorized automation, exploit abuse, or invalid ad clicks.
• Keep private room passwords and invite links confidential to necessary participants only.

Uploaded Content

Users must have necessary rights or consent for uploaded photos and text. Uploaded content may be seen by anyone entering via invite link without prior operator review; therefore, never include personal or sensitive information such as real names, phone numbers, home/school/work addresses, exact coordinates, government IDs, bank details, passwords, or health data. The service may transfer resources P2P between participant devices to conduct gameplay, and the operator claims no ownership over user content.

Lifespan of Rooms and Results

Draft rooms expire in 1 hour, public rooms transition to archived status after 3 days of inactivity, and archived rooms are deleted after 7 additional days. Game records are for casual play and not suitable for official ratings, cash competitions, or dispute evidence.

Service Changes and Suspension

The operator may update or temporarily suspend features to ensure stability, security, cost control, policy compliance, or gameplay improvement. Notice will be provided on the site where practical.

Warranty and Scope of Liability

The service is provided on an 'as is' basis. Disruptions may occur due to network, browser, P2P connectivity, or external service errors. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or incidental damages or disputes arising from user-uploaded content.
